2019 Fort Snelling State Park Photo Contest winners

Award winners were announced on Dec 31, 2019 during the Fort Snelling State Park Candlelight Walk.

Photos were taken in, or of Fort Snelling State Park or the Upper Post (the Historic Fort is excluded). Photos were judged in the categories of:

• 1. Flora (landscape, flowers, trails, trees, people, structures…)

• 2. Fauna (wildlife)

• 3. Macro

• 4. Fun (abstract/Photoshop/composite/in-camera artistic filters…also photos that have been digitally altered beyond standard optimization (removal of dust, cropping, sharpening, reasonable adjustments to exposure, color and contrast etc…)
